Expert marketing will get it done, in the best form & fashion needed for your family. I sell many properties off market, due to my sellers wanting and needing peace and quiet. However, the best route begins with the local MLS. I price optimistically, and/or I hit the market right utilizing comparative market analysis based on the desired timeframe and results of my sellers. The marketing sources I utilize include multiple listing services, embellishments on various real estate sites, Keller Williams with an office of almost 300 local agents, event & social media marketing, news media, brochures & videos, email campaigns, internet SEOs with blogging just to mention a few.

My architect, design/builder husband, Matthew Rosenbaum, providing design plans helping give vision for the potential of the home if appropriate . My organizer/stager helping organize, clean out, and even pack to stage for photos & video. My admin and book keeper.
I have set records in neighborhoods in town, and developed properties in others areas (with out Matthew). I was my board's Rookie of the Year among 6000 agents within my first 3 years. A minimum number of sales was required for that honor. I have a PSA (pricing strategy advisor), ABR (accredited buyer's representative), and was on the ALC (agent leadership council). I am paperless and do 100% of the transaction electronically, however will adapt to your preference. The best way to reach me is via text, however I will adapt to your preference. I am 24/7, and put my phone on silent when unavailable. I work with many builders, and am well versed in new construction and renovation. I list and buy homes in Essex, Union, and Morris counties.
